When you purchase something from our store, currently hosted at slowpainful.com, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

 

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing and contests: With your permission, and using a double opt-in protocol, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. All of our email marketing is in strict compliance with CAN-SPAM.

 

From time to time we may hold contests which require that you provide your name and email address as a way to contact you.  We will only use this information to contact you regarding the results of the contest.  Your email will not be used for any other purpose, including email marketing, without your express written consent.

SECTION 4 – E-COMMERCE

Depending how you choose to pay for your products, your purchase will be processed by Stripe, PayPal, or another third-party processor, all of whom provide industry-standard, secure third-party payment processing for our goods.

In any case your information is stored securely and behind a firewall by these third-party processors.

Payment:

Stripe: If your purchase is made through Stripe’s direct payment gateway, we will take the information necessary to make the purchase. Once the purchase is complete, your personal information is deleted.

Paypal: If you choose to use Paypal, then your information is provided directly to them. At no time does slowpainful dot com request or store your information, as this payment processor is completely separate.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
